No — and the system is built so we can’t. We extract structure, not content: domains, topics, how often you return and when. Message bodies and page text are never stored, and the raw export is processed in an isolated environment and discarded once your profile is built.
Raw signals are deleted within 30 days of your report being generated. The report itself stays in your account until you remove it. Ongoing tracking is the only thing that keeps a rolling window of signals, and you can switch it off at any point.
Yes, and you choose before anything is analysed. You review every source and can exclude individual domains, whole categories, or a date range — or skip email entirely. Anything you exclude is never uploaded.
Any time, from Settings → Data. Deletion is permanent and propagates through backups within 24 hours. If you want to keep the result, export your report as PDF or JSON first — that copy is yours and stays with you.
You get access to the assessment straight away. It takes about 45 minutes and you can pause and come back to it. After you submit, your report is ready within 24 hours and we email you when it lands.
